The 0 to 600 mm Vernier Calliper is built using the parts such as Lower and Upper Jaws, Main scale, vernier scale, and thumb screw, locking screw, and a depth rod. The Vernier Calliper with prominent parts measures the dimensions and thickness of materials with high accuracy and precision. In Vernier calliper, the upper jaws are used to estimate the internal dimensions and the lower jaws are used to measure the outer dimensions of the object. The main scale and vernier scale readings are noted while measuring, and the intersection of the main scale and vernier scale is taken as the final accurate reading in the calliper.
