The INSIZE Small Hole Gauge Set 4208-1 is designed as an accurate small diameter check tool for internal diameter tests. You can use a micrometer or caliper to check the accuracy of the anvil measuring eye. Like the pin gage, this classic Hole gauge requires the operator's “Feeling” skill to “wiggle” to perfect the anvil eye base.

The mechanism is simple, the internal spring-loaded plunger is built for resistance expanding in the bore or groove. This classic measuring tool has a solid and smooth touchpoint because it is plated with lapping for highly repeatable precision measuring results. The INSIZE Small Hole Gauge Set 4208-1 is economical enough for measuring applications in the manufacture of water pipes, PVC-fiber pipes, fastener holes, pin slot diameter accuracy tests, and low-cost drilling and tubing repair operations.
