The pliers are made of very special Steels. These are specially hardened and tempered to give tough body (45-48 HRc). The cutting edges are induction hardened after individually matching to give high hardness 55 / 60 HRC which does not get damaged even while cutting hard wires.

Features :

• Drop forged with high carbon steel and scientifically heat - treated.
• The rivet is made from carbon Steel, prevents play even after considerable long use.
• The cutting edges are sharp and precision machined to appropriate angle to cut hard and soft wires neatly and with ease.
• Available in 165, 185, 210 mm sizes and comma multi purpose for MCP series 255 and 300 mm. Features of MCP - in place of regular cutting age, flat surface along with additional third joint cutter is provided. Also between the shanks serration is provided for crimping. Hardness of this player is in the range of 40 to 45 HRC.
• Minimum load value is much higher than what normally any human being can apply. 165 - 9.58kg, 185 -11.94 kg, 210 - 13.80 kg.
• Insulation sleeves made from high quality CA plastic are long lasting for for almost lifetime and will not break or crack even if it fall from height and also ensures electrical working.
• Insulations tested up to 2000 V DC or 2800 V AC.
• Sleeves are thicker for comfortable grip.
• Special thumb protector provided for sleeves minimises risk of electric shock incase the pliers slip while in use.
• Exellent wire cutting ability for soft (74 to 84 kg/mm2) and hard (140 kg / mm2) wires.
• Taparia combination pliers generally conform to I.S. 3650 - 1981
