Intelligent Thermal Management: The Arizor SD 5170 is designed with an intelligent thermal management system which maintains the temperature of magnetics and electronic components within safe limits, thus ensuring enhanced protection for connected appliances.

Intelligent Time Delay System (ITDS): The Arizor SD 5170 is provided with an “Intelligent Time Delay System”. When the stabilizer has been off for over three minutes and is then switched on, it switches on output power to the AC immediately. If, on the other hand, power supply fails and returns within three minutes, the stabilizer delays delivery of power output by a time period that is proportionate to the period of absence of power. This intelligent time delay system ensures proper balancing time for the compressor before restart under all conditions, while at the same time avoiding unnecessary delay in the switching on of the AC.

Thermal Overload Protection: Under certain conditions, like a short-circuit for example, a component in the connected appliance may cause excessive current to be drawn through the stabilizer. A thermal sensor in the stabilizer senses this overload condition and immediately disconnects the load to protect both the appliance and the stabilizer itself from further damage.

Under/Over Voltage Protection: Electrical devices are designed to operate at a certain standard voltage in order for the product to achieve its specified level of performance, efficiency, safety and reliability. Operating an electrical device above or below the specified voltage range can lead to problems such as malfunctions, abnormal current consumption, printed circuit board failures, etc. The Arizor SD 5170 features a low/high voltage protection function which protects the connected air-conditioner from these types of failures.
