Additionally, the blade's milled, wavy-set teeth are designed for rapid cuts in sheet metal. Made from BIM (bi-metal), its fully hardened HSS (high-speed steel) tooth strip is bonded with its highly elastic HCS (high carbon steel) body, which reduces the risk of breakage and provides both sufficient hardness and the required flexibility to cut perforated sheet metal made of standard-strength steel. The jigsaw blade is equipped with a fine progressive tooth pitch (1.2-2.6 mm) and cuts a wide variety of thick and thin metal sheets with 1.5-10 mm thickness. Its tooth geometry with a progressively increasing tooth pitch allows for work in materials with a wide range of densities. Made from BIM (bi-metal), its fully hardened HSS (high-speed steel) tooth strip is bonded with its highly elastic HCS (high carbon steel) body, making the blade appropriate for cutting metal-embedded wood with standard-strength steel components. Equipped with a large progressive tooth pitch (2.4-5 mm) and long length (132 mm), it cuts a wide variety of metal-embedded wood up to 65 mm thickness, e.g. soft nails, soft screws and soft fasteners. Its tooth geometry with a progressively increasing tooth pitch allows for use in materials with a wide range of densities. The combination of the blade's taper-ground body, precision-ground teeth and multiple-ground Japan Tooth geometry enables clean cutting. Made of high carbon steel, this blade is appropriate for cutting softwood and non-abrasive woodworking materials. It is equipped with a medium progressive tooth pitch (2-3 mm) and long length (117 mm) for cutting a wide variety of woodworking materials with 3-65 mm thickness.
