Problem	Cause	Remedy
Rivets jammed	Wrong size rivet.	The different rivets need to be changed on the compared nosepiece, Jaw & Jaw Point
	Had some filings jam in the jaw case	Use the adjustable wrench or spanner to disassemble frame head. Use spanner to disassemble jaw case Use blow gun to clean out filing; then smear the oil on the parts
	Had some filings stick on the nosepiece	It is often happened when pulling the aluminum rivet. Use the sharp thing (tool) to remove the filing.
Air Leaking	Damage O-rings	O-rings need to be replaced
	Loose screws	Screws need to be tightened
Stroke length is not correct	Frame O-ring is damaged or deformed	Freme O-ring has to be replaced
Tools runs slow or has loss of power	Air feeding tube loose.	Re-install and tighten the tube
	Operating pressure is to low.	Increase the operating pressure to 85-95 psi.
Hyraulic oil is not enough	Rivet can't pull or no power	Open the cylinder cap and reload Hydraulic oil into the tools

• 3/32" (2.4 mm)
• 1/8" (3.2 mm)
• 5/32" (4.0 mm)
• 3/16" (4.8 mm)

• It injects high efficiency into manual chipping, riveting, breaking of concrete and asphalt etc.
