Highlights
The Testec High Voltage Divider Probe is an accessory to be used with analog or digital oscilloscopes having input resistance of 1 MΩ (± 1 %) and nominal input capacitance between 15 and 30pF. The 1000:1 divider extends the voltage measurement capability to 8 kV DC or 6 kV rms AC (16kV peak).
Accuracy:
- DC Volts to 5kV: ±2%
- DC Volts 5kV to 8kV: ±3%
- AC Volts: ±3% (1 kHz / 1 kV)
