The spray gun is used for painting work. Compressed air is essential for the proper operation of the gun. The paint in the gun's reservoir and the compressed air supplied to the gun create a mixture of paint and air particles at the gun nozzle outlet.

Instructions For Use :

Getting started 
Using a spanner, tighten the nozzle. Check tightness and tightness of connections of the compressed air supply system. Blow air supply hose before connecting it to the system. Before using the gun, make sure that it has been properly cleaned and maintained. Make sure that the container with the coating material is connected in such a way that it is properly sealed.

Adjusting the width of the spray jet 
The width and shape of the spray jet can be changed by turning the air nozzle. The shape of the stream can be smoothly adjusted from flat to round depending on your needs. The amount of coating material supplied to the air flow is adjusted by the control knob for the amount of coating material. On the other hand, the intensity of the mixture of the coating material with air is set by means of the spray control knob. It is recommended to set the stream of the mixture in such a way as to obtain the smallest possible particles of the coating material, this will ensure a better distribution of the coating material on the surface.

Working with the gun
When using the gun, the distance between the gun outlet and the surface to be covered should be kept between 10 and 15 cm. Try to lead the gun outlet perpendicular to the surface to be coated. Avoid arc movements, they will cause uneven distribution of the coating material. It is recommended to apply several thin layers rather than one thick layer.

Airflow adjustment 
Depending on the type of coating material, the amount of compressed air should be selected by adjusting the air pressure adjustment knob.

Nozzle replacement 
Be sure to replace the entire nozzle assembly. The kit includes a coating material nozzle, needle and air nozzle.

Needle packing 
During operation, check the tightness of the needle packing. If there is significant wear, the gasket should be replaced during the periodic gun inspection, using a spanner to remove the packing assembly

Cleaning and maintenance 
After finishing work, disconnect the gun from the compressed air system and empty the tool tank from the remaining coating material. Thoroughly clean the tank of residual coating material. Thoroughly clean the entire conveying path of the coating material. Inaccurate cleaning will reduce the flux performance of the coating material. Clean the air nozzle with a brush dipped in solvent. Never immerse the entire gun in a solvent. Never clean clogged openings with hard objects because even slight internal damage may adversely affect the parameters of the spray jet. After washing the gun, apply a small amount of lubricant to the moving parts of the seals. Tighten the coating material nozzle to such an extent that leakage is avoided.
