P30 Grade:

• Steel, Steel Casting, Malleable cast iron forming long chips.
• Machining Conditions: Turning, milling & planning- medium or low cutting speed, medium or large chip section and machining under unfavorable conditions such as heterogeneous materials, changing hardness of chip section, or intermittent turning or subject to vibrations.

K20 Grade:

• Grey Cast iron of hardness up to 220 HB. Non ferrous metals, such as Copper, Brass, Aluminium, Laminated wood of abrasive type
• Machining Conditions: Turning, Milling, Planning, requiring high toughness of carbide tip.
