The DCM400AD is an AC clamp meter designed for the IEC measurement category CAT. III 300V, and it is suitable for automotive maintenance & digital multimeter functions. The device can measure both AC and DC currents as well as AC and DC voltages. It can also measure the resistance of up to 400? and perform continuity tests. The device has a 4000-count display with a 42-segment analog bar graph. The DCM400AD also offers functions such as the hold function for pausing a reading on the screen, range hold for manually changing the measurement range, and zero-function for removing or adding any offset values when measuring.

	Continuity Buzzer The buzzer sounds when the measuring object is electrically conducting.
	Data Hold A value indicated on the display is fixed for reference even after the test lead is removed.
	Auto Power Off Power is automatically turned off when a certain time has elapsed after power-up. Some models have a function to cancel this function.
	Data Hold A value indicated on the display is fixed even after the test lead is removed, and can be used as a record for reference purposes.
	AC/DC Amperage Measure Both AC & DC Amps.
	Range Hold The range is fixed in the measurement of varying voltage and current which is difficult to read in the auto range.
	Relative Value A certain measured value is assumed as 0 and measured values after that are expressed by positive or negative values relative the value fixed as 0.
